Bondpartners SA’s Board of directors held, today, an ordinary meeting and become aware of the decision of its chairman, Mr Henri Plomb, not to run for a new yearly term on the Board, after more than 40 years of service. Mr Christian Plomb, member of the Board, will present his candidacy as chairman during the next general shareholders’ meeting.
