Ad-hoc publication under art. 53 LR

Bondpartners SA’s Board of directors decided, today, to submit to SIX Swiss Exchange an application for delisting of Bondpartners’ 50.000 bearer shares with a nominal value of CHF 100,- each (symbol BON, ISIN CH0006227414).
This decision, made in the interest of the Company, was more particularly motivated by the lack of liquidity and limited trading of this security, as well as by the disproportionate financial and regulatory burden bound to the listing.

Note to the Edit : This press release is broadcast on 14.11.14, out of the Swiss Stock Exchange’s opening hours, in order to comply with the ad hoc publicity principles of its Listing Rules. In addition, it has been sent previously during the day to SIX Swiss Exchange.
