Bondpartners SA : Repatriation in Switzerland of business and assets of its subsidiary established in Gibraltar

Bondpartners SA, a Swiss financial company, headquartered in Lausanne and engaged in securities trading since 1972, will proceed, by the end of November, with the repatriation of assets and activities of its 100% owned subsidiary, “Bondpartners International Ltd”, established since 1993 in Gibraltar. This return to the Swiss bosom will be accompanied by payment of a participation dividend of nearly 5 million pounds that will improve the 2012 income of the parent company and strengthen its individual shareholders’ equity. While remaining registered in Gibraltar, Bondpartners International Ltd, will be put in dormancy.
